No Limit Performance Quality of Build  

"The last time I drove my Viper and it ran right was November 13, 2005 just before it went to Macedo Motorsports.

Larry was paid a total of $28,000 in June 2006 for my Viper being completed.

Larry delivered it to me July 1, 2006 with an undrivable bad tune.

Larry Macedo had my Viper back on September 8, 2006 for a second chance to make it right.

Larry emailed me in October that he hopes to have my Viper running right and returned to me sometime in
November 2006.

Then Larry said my Viper was completed December 13, 2006.

My Viper was finally returned February 2, 2007 in worse condition than when it went back
to Macedo Motorsports for a second chance to make it right. I have paid additional thousands
of dollars to repair parts damaged or not returned by Larry Macedo. I have paid tens of
thousands of dollars to have almost everything that Larry worked on replaced due to
internal engine damage caused by the No Limit Quality of his Build. In addition, I have lost
over a year and a half of my life (and it still continues due to taking out a huge loan I have
to pay back to have Macedo's work done over again, except this time done right by
Underground Racing) - That is Larry and Wendy Macedo's No Limit Customer Service.

I have tried to settle this privately, but Larry and Wendy Macedo did not respond. 

Law: one not legally capable of completing a Contract; includes the mentally ill, Minors,
and others considered incapable.

Personal: one poorly suited to perform the work required.
